2K offers a wide range of Epoxy Putty Sticks designed to suit a variety of applications in professionals, maintenance and DIY markets.

Useful for bonding, reinforcing and repairing different types of substrates such as: steel, aluminium, copper, titanium, plastic, wood, concrete and aqua for underwater applications. We also offer a series of specialized formulations for wind energy, electrical insulating and multi-purposes uses (universal).

Each colour-coded stick is a two part, co-extruded, polymer compound that requires no tools and is simply kneaded by hand to a uniform consistency before applying to the required area. When mixed the sticks will harden within a few minutes to a high strength. When hardened these sticks can be machined, sawn, tapped, drilled, sanded and painted to provide a reliable and permanent repair.

Quick Repair (Universal)

Quick Repair Epoxy Putty Stick is a hand-mixable, fast-setting epoxy putty for quick, permanent repairs to glass, ceramics, metals, concrete, wood, and numerous plastics. After mixing it forms an industrial-strength polymer compound for numerous repairs around the home or workshop. The consistency (like modelling clay) eliminates drips and runs, molds easily, facilitates adhesion to the substrate, and allows the material to be shaped and formed as needed before curing begins.

Working Life – 5 minutes at 20°C

Electrical Sealing and Potting is a hand-mixable, UL-approved, epoxy putty compound that mixes easily in minutes and hardens in one hour to provide water and vapor tight seals for cable fittings and electrical connectors. Electrical Sealing and Potting is in a handy concentric putty stick form with the curing agent encapsulated in the contrasting color base material. Its dough-like consistency eliminates drips and runs for a “no mess” application with no tools required for use. Electrical Sealing and Potting cures to a hard, rigid material that is resistant to hydrocarbons, ketones, esters
and alcohols with excellent adhesion to most substrates, including metals and ceramics.

Copper is a copper reinforced epoxy putty.  It is fast-setting, and is used to repair, patch or re-form pipes, tanks and vessels made from copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals. Copper is a hand kneadable epoxy putty supplied as a two-part concentric stick of contrasting colours; when mixed it sets to a hard, copper-coloured material which can be drilled, tapped, machined, filed or sanded and painted as required.

Plastic is a resilient epoxy putty that will bond to all major types of rigid plastic, except polyolefins. It can be moulded to shape, and wrapped around or built up to repair items such as appliance housings, tanks and pipes. Blue and Yellow (Modelling & Sculpting)

Blue & Yellow is a room-temperature curing, two-part epoxy sealant for all types of interior and exterior maintenance and repairs. When properly mixed together to a uniform green color, it forms an industrial-strength polymer compound for repair, modeling, and sculpting. Blue & Yellow consistency (like modeling clay) eliminates drips and runs, facilitates adhesion to the substrate, and allows shaping before cure begins. Once cured, it can be sawed, drilled, carved, sanded,
and painted.

NSF/ANSI 61 testing covers all products with drinking water contact from source to tap, and determines what contaminants may migrate or leach from your product into drinking water. It also confirms if they are below the maximum levels allowed to be considered safe.

Quick Repair, Plastic, Copper and Steel Epoxy Putty Sticks can be sold with the NSF/ ANSI 61 certification but this will incur a ‘transfer fee’ to transfer the approval into your brand name.
