EX1
EX1 is a two-component 1:1 ratio pure epoxy bonded anchoring system for use in cracked and uncracked concrete under normal as well as seismic conditions (seismic category C1). Designed for most demanding structural applications and rebar connections, EX1 offers a very high load-bearing capacity.
This 100% epoxy resin has been formulated with no MXDA, Phenol, N-Methyl Pyrrolidone, Bisphenol A and Phthalates or VOCs. It exhibits minimal shrinkage, which makes it ideal for use with oversized holes, while extended gel time allows convenient use in deep holes and high ambient temperatures. EX1 has been extensively tested at leading test facilities and has a broad range of approvals, including Option 1 ETA, ETA According to TR023, ESR to AC308, Fire Resistance Classification F240 (post installed re-bars), LEED tested for VOC, and NSF / ANSI 61. EX1 is available in 1:1 ratio 400ml, 600ml, 1500ml S-CN (side-by-side) and 250ml UVL (single-piston) cartridges.

Cartridge Systems
EX1 is available in 1:1 ratio S-CN (side-by-side) and UVL (single-piston) cartridges.
UVL 250ml
Size selected: 250ml
The UVL cartridge is a two-component cartridge that is extruded with a medium to high power single component applicator tools. The “B” component is filled in a chamber behind the “A” Component, and separated from it by a fixed seal. Both the front and the rear compartment pistons move in tandem to empty to two halves of the cartridge.
Other sizes:
250ml
Applicator:
250ml requires a good quality, single-piston mastic gun.
