Grouts & Mortars

2KPS have a wide range of private-label Self-mix, injectable Grouts and Mortars based on epoxy or polyester resin used in a diverse range of applications and a thixotropic cementitious grout for specialist masonry repair. The Grouts and Mortars are used in a wide range of applications including anchoring rails and machinery, support in critical areas, repairing cracks in concrete and brick or stone masonry structurally bonding and restoring such substrates.

Polyester Resin based grouts are low viscosity, high strength grouts designed to produce high early strength and suitable for use in low temperatures. Epoxy Grouts are formulated to meet the needs of different applications in various strengths and viscosities, including injection grouts for fine sealing and bonding and sealing fine cracks in masonry.

The 2KPS package goes beyond just manufacturing standard products. Our experts will formulate performance-specific products, (subject to volume of course), offering advice in the packaging and labelling to meet your customer and site requirements.

Grouts and Mortars

PGV

Selfix PGV is a free flow polyester grout, specifically designed and developed for anchoring bolts and dowels into vertically downward holes into rock, concrete, brickwork and masonry. Typical applications are the permanent fixing of starter bars and dowels, foundation bolts, ground anchors, base plates for building systems, and rail and crane tracks. PGV is a two pack system consisting of a liquid polyester resin and a filler component containing graded silica sands and an activator.

EP SCREED

EP Screed is a high performance impermeable composition specifically designed to give resistance to impact and abrasion in chemically aggressive environments. It is easy to apply and cures to provide a jointless, easily cleaned surface, which has a degree of slip resistance.

EP Screed consists of a blend of a low viscosity epoxy binder with a silica aggregate of optimum grading. The screed can be applied at 3mm thickness to vertical surfaces.

EGT

EGT is a two component low viscosity but thixotropic epoxy resin specifically designed for the injection into cracked substrates, generally from 0.5mm to 20mm. The thixotropy of the resin ensures that in most instances the injection resin will not drain away from the injected area, but is sufficiently low in viscosity to be injected into narrow cracks.

EGT is a high performance material which gives an excellent bond to concrete, brickwork, stone etc., and therefore permanently seals and structurally bonds such substrates.

EGI

EGI is a low viscosity epoxy resin specifically designed for the injection of cracks generally from 0.1mm to 10mm wide. It is a high performance material which gives an excellent bond to concrete, brickwork, stonework etc., and therefore permanently seals and structurally bonds such substrates.

EGM

EGM is a three pack epoxy mortar. Its high strength and non-shrink characteristics make it ideally suited for filling of potholes, repairing spalled steps, bedding kerbs, and pre-forming machine plinths and bearing pads. The properties of EGM are achieved by blending modified epoxy resins to form a base component, which is activated by a formulated amine hardener. The inert filler component is a blend of graded silica sands and limestone.

EGP

EGP is a three pack high flow epoxy grout, with excellent low temperature curing characteristics, making it suitable for underplate grouting applications such as crane rails, machine base plates, bridge bearing pads and stanchion bases. The properties of EGP are achieved by blending modified epoxy resins to form a base component, which is activated by a formulated amine hardener. The filler component is a blend of limestone and silica sands.

The mixed material has high flow properties, allowing it to be either poured under gravity or pumped into place.
